Why your walls stay damp
Standard heaters just warm up the air. The problem is, that often leaves your cold walls alone, which leads to that annoying condensation. Our lamps work differently. They use short-wave radiation that actually sinks into your tiles and grout. By warming the surfaces themselves, the walls stay above the “dew point.” Basically, if the wall is warm, water can’t settle on it. No standing water means no feast for mold spores. It’s that simple.
The secret weapon: Light wavelengths
Here is the cool part. We’ve tuned these lamps to emit specific wavelengths of light. It’s not just about the heat. Some of these frequencies actually mess with the cellular structure of common bathroom fungi. A few things to watch out for
You can wire these into your ceiling fixtures, butwhereyou put them matters. If they’re too far from the shower or tub, you lose that surface-heating magic. Put them where the water actually hits. One heads-up: these lamps pull a lot of power. Check your wiring and your breakers. You don’t want to be standing in a towel in the middle of January only to have the power trip because your circuits couldn’t handle the load. Also, be careful with your plastics. These lamps get intense. Keep them away from cheap PVC pipes or plastic trim, or you might find your fixtures starting to melt. Give them some breathing room.
